I know Mammoth has them but I'd like to make a big order of regular stuff from one place. I don't know if Mammoth is still getting complaints. Though i'm mostly lucky with online ordering.

I know this isn't what you were originally looking for, but what about skateboard grip tape? I imagine you can get that in different colors too.

I know the Dimebag wah had it, but I feel it might've been recessed too far for you to get its benefit over a rubber tread. I never liked the whole vertically aligned treads anyway, doesn't provide a grip if the bottom of your foot/shoe has any level of moisture on it (e.g. spilled beer on a stage).

How about some rubber diamond plate mats from Harbour Freight? It has adhesive on the bottom. Cut to fit and good to go.
