OT: help with the time zones on this forum

I know this hasn't really been a problem here but I ran acros this neat site.

If you click on your state, it will help you determine how far off the Greenwich Mean Time you are.

Come to think of it, that may be a reason some folks here were having problems logging on.  Just a theory.
