...but you should consider your points in advance, prior to spending an arm and a leg on it:

I've yet to understand why you need a PCB for a circuit that small/basic.
I suggest learning how to PtoP or Vero.
You don't specificate whether you need pots and/or jacks on board, and things can get more complicated if you're not a skilled solderman... 'cause the risk for auto-oscillation, hence the need for a rookieproof PCB.
That said, unless you need the PCB for a mass production, you'd better search for tutorials about DIYPCB, get a reliable iron and simply copy the vero layout you posted.
