Hi.
I have built a programmable looper/switcher-pedal. It is very quiet, but there is a small amount of high frequency noise which I suspect come from the powersupply.
I'm using relay modules for switching, and an Arduino as a controller.

I can find many articles on how to remove power hum. But I can't find places where there's talk about isolating the higher frequency noise.

Whine is high-pitch hum. "Hash" is hum/whine that won't hold a pitch.

Much the same filtering techniques apply.

I would be looking to the computer. They are rich sources of all sorts of garbage.

try putting the Arduino into sleep mode - just as a test to determine if the noise source is the Arduino..
