The powersupply is going to be replaced by one with a toroid + LM317/LM337, but for now it works and these SMPS blocks aren't actually that bad for this application.

I can also recommend the Transworld electret capsules to go with the Alice Circuit. I made some 16mm and 25mm mics in some gutten cheap dynamic bodies (suspended the capsule in the headbasket).

visit here ,they also have a forum,the link is somewhere in there.I have built a few things from there including a green pre and  a compressor, also I have made PCBs for classic eq,compressor and tube preamps that never had time to finish,one day Im going to put all that for sale
