Working backwards...anyone know of any good circuits that use 2 250k pots?

I've come into possession of two very nice high quality Bourns potentiometers, 250k. I'd really like to use these for a premium build. Does anyone know of any circuits that need just two potentiometers? Additional switches etc permitted.
