Don't know.  How old is your amp?  That doesn't look like a date code to me.  I don't remember what I saw on that 3-spring unit that made me think late-90's, either.  The Accutronics EIA code is 1120, so there could be a 1120YYWW on there somewhere, but I seem to recall something more obvious than that.  Fuzzy memory.

I've just installed the tank into the cabinet.
It took me 20min to rewind it with the same wire, manually.
Lost the last 30cm, no big deal.
I applied nail barnish to avoid vibrations.
To replace the rivet I used a galvanized screw. I wonder if the rivet is hollow, non magnetic for a reason.

The tank is working fine, nice decay, no artifacts. Just less sensitivity, the manual winding I guess.
