I think SSL is enabled BUT I am not sure if you will need to erase cache or delete your cookies. I have a padlock on my browsers, so hopefully it's working.

It seems to work.  I logged in a couple of times just then.  However, my browser flushes everything on exit.

It's coming up https, so that's a good sign.
