Hi there. I'm pretty new to this and I'm hoping that someone can help me isolate the problem with my Queen of Bone build. My soldering could well be suspect!

Thanks in advance for any tips.

1.What does it do, not do, and sound like? The lights switch on as expected. The pedal only outputs white noise though.
2.Name of the circuit = Rullywow, Queen of Bone 2
3.Source of the circuit (URL of schematic or project) =
https://www.rullywow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Queen-of-Bone-v2-Build-Doc-REVISED-v2.pdf
4.Any modifications to the circuit? None
5.Any parts substitutions? None
6.Positive ground to negative ground conversion? No
7.Turn your meter on, set it to the 10V or 20V scale. Remove the battery from the battery clip. Probe the battery terminals with the meter leads before putting it in the clip. What is the out of circuit battery voltage? => 9.73v

Now insert the battery into the clip. If your effect is wired so that a plug must be in the input or output jack to turn the battery power on, insert one end of a cord into that jack. Connect the negative/black meter lead to signal ground by clipping the negative/black lead to the outer sleeve of the input or output jack, whichever does not have a plug in it. With the negative lead on signal ground, measure the following:
Voltage at the circuit board end of the red battery lead = 9.73
Voltage at the circuit board end of the black battery lead = 0

Here are the voltages from the ICs and diodes:

I should also point out that only dip switch 1 is on, so the IC1 side of the circuit is acting as an overdrive, IC2 is a clean boost.

PRR

Welcome.

IC1
   1  Out 0.17
   2  -in 0.16
   3  +in 3.88
{meter loading}
   5  +in 7.72
   6  -in 1.05
   7  Out 1.28
IC2
   1  Out 7.89
   2  -in 7.89
   3  +in 3.89
{meter loading}
   5  +in 7.72
   6  -in 8.14
   7  Out 7.86

Not making sense to me. I'd re-examine the soldering.

Thanks for taking a look PRR. Are those the values you'd expect to see on the opamps?

^^ Scrub that, I hadn't had my morning coffee.
