CryBaby GCB95 True Bypass With DPDT Switch

Guys, have a problem with truebypass mod. My GCB95's original switch (3 leg spdt) broken some how... It wasn't go bypass and wah effect was staying always on. I have to say this; wah function was still working. So I wanted to change switch (6 leg dpdt) and a truebypass mod. I followed these steps;

So, i failed somewhere Pedal can go bypass now, but when i switch on, there is no signal. Only a very weak signal when i %100 push down.

I can't get what you drawn, I'm sorry.
But try to follow this layout:


Because you have a DPDT switch I guess it's enough to ignore the third column of lugs of the 3PDT footswitch (9v negative, resistor + LED).
