I gave up to build DBA schematics time ago; 5 builted, 5 sounded awful/didn't sounded.
One of them was the Fuzz War II; a tweaked 4 transistors Big Muff.
BUT... this one always got my attention.

Let's talk about the first Fuzz War, the 7 transistors version.

I've read that is recommended to replace the 430k resistors, in Q2 to Q5 B's, with 510 to 810k ones to bias it right.
All 680nF caps could be 100nF.

Experiencies, insults, etc..?
To you, buffered bypass sucks tone.
To me, it sucks my balls.
