DIY Mic preamp PSU question

Hello,

I am actually studying/ learning how studio mic preamps works, I need two or three for recording acoustic guitars. I will try to do a transformerless one to begin (whith That1510 ,that1646).
I would like to know what is the best way to create a PSU with  15/16 VDC  and 48 VDC (phantom power) outputs . I ve seen a lot of schematics but I can't figure wich is the best and quieter one.

With enough filtering, anything is quiet enough. These days it's normal to use off-the-shelf switching power supplies.

It doesn't. In fact, a cheap EI transformer is often a good choice because it is likely to have smaller primary-to-secondary capacitance, meaning less hash leaking from the wall into the secopndary.
