On this tester which reading indicates leakage? The ICE0 or ICEs? Thanks in advance.

Both represent leakage, however most people here tend to follow this document,

In that test circuit the base is open circuit so that means you will want ICEO.

(ICEO is more than ICES.)

According to the water analogy of electricity, transistor leakage is caused by holes.
