Testing a CA3094 IC (Small stone)

Hi experts,

I suspect I have some bad IC CA3094 in my Small stone and I wonder if anyone would have a schematic for a small and simple test jig to test these IC's?

A complete test on an OTA is very complicated.

Post your voltages and someone will suss them out as "good" or "bad".
