Tonebender MK2 Clone Voltage problem...

Hi, all!
I have the single problem... the very low voltage on Q1: - 6 ... - 6.5v (((
What is wrong? Low leakage trannies? 
So... before the resistor 10k  voltage - 8.98v .... then on the collector of Q1 it becomes - 6 ... - 6.5v!!!
I tried different transistors... hfe 65-75!
Resistor change on base Q1 (100k) does not solve the problem!

It should help, though. What does Q1C measure with the 100k on the base?
