making the minimum fuzz setting on a Tonebender Mk III more fuzzy

Hi...in a traditional fuzz control network, I guess I'd put a stopper-resistor between lug 1 and GND on the fuzz control to have the minimum setting provide more fuzz.  But in the TB MK III circuit, since the fuzz control works differently, I'm not sure how to do that.  I'd like to have it so that when I turn the fuzz all the way down, it's still hairy...right now, on my build, the minimum setting has virtually nothing, and I'd like the fuzz control to have a more usable range of fuzz tone.  Any suggestions?
