Electric Mistress VCO range issues

Hello,

I'm currently building a flanger based off of the electric mistress V3 schematic after building a working one with the original SAD1024.
The issue is that I can't get the same range of sweep on the new flanger as on the original even with the exact same circuit running at the same voltage.

I am using a bbd delay path with 512 stages the same as the original.

The LFO sweeps from about 0.5V to 10V but still doesn't reach both the minimum and maximum clock frequencies as the original.

Thanks.

That's down to differences in part values, and that includes the actual gain of the pnp  transistor used for the current source. See this old post...

I gave up on that vco and built something with the same behavior but without the problems. See  https://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=119933.0

Thank you.
I'll use the reworked LFO and VCO you suggested since the original is being so temperamental.
