Most of the suggestions seem to be a bit far on the double entendre side. Almost like a Tuble Entendre 

Apart from that, if I were building stuff with tubes, I would have long ago called something Harriet Tubeman. Or after one of the heart valves, like Pulmonary Valve or Coronary Sinus Valve or, even better, Semilunar Valve. Or just plain Heart Valve but I would imagine that that already exists, though I did not check.
