combining two pedal in one

sorry for newbie question,
i want to build a fuzz and boost, but in one enclosure, one switch on off,
and selector for selecting fuzz or boost and both,

what parts should i buy for the selector switch? is it on on on switch with 6 poles?
and how to wire it in to 3pdt switch?

When I have done this in the past....

I have used (2) 3PDT switches... wiring each effect normally, with the effects in series.

So, each switch turns on one effect.  So--

Off/Off
On/Off
Off/On
On/On

And an LED for each effect to show which one(s) are energized.
