For mono-colored LEDs I sometimes use a bezel with a rubber plug, the plug usually having two holes to slide the LED leads through. Are there similar "plugs" for multi-colored LEDs?

If you take a knife and cut the two-hole plug in half, you should be able to accommodate 3 or 4 leads between the halves.  Just a thought.
