Hi folks

I just want to share an update to an old DIY project of mine, the Sidescroller "8-bit fuzz".

The first version was designed only using inverters for octave down, pwm ect. as a personal challenge.
But I've always felt like it could have been better without that (dumb) design restriction... :P
So I have redesigned if from scratch with a few improvements to tracking, sustain, pwm ect.

Even if the sound is similar to the original, it's pretty much a completely new circuit with a few original ideas.
I finally found a good use of a 555 timer...  8)

Cheers
