I just fixed up a PAIR Synthespin. The trem/leslie is somewhat weak but the bandpass filter sounds cool and works well with guitar.

Is there anything I could do to get this circuit better suited for guitar? I know it is intended for organ but I'd like to make the trem stronger, it's fairly weak with my Telecaster.

I'm having trouble understanding how a "tremolo" effect is achieved, separate from a "Leslie" and "bandpass filter".  I'm assuming that it requires a given setting of the controls.  Could you maybe give a brief recap of how the controls are supposed to be set in order to achieve those different categories/family of sounds?  Prhaps that will point a way towards tweaking component values.

first, notice the 47k to ground at the input ... you can lift it from ground/remove or replace by 1M ... that’s a start as far as Zin is concerned

second, the effect is created by turning on/off D5 and D6 ... you can get good ac resistance range from Si diodes depending on how well you can control their currents ... maximum current is set by R21 and R22 (33k), and in small part R23 ... try lowering first two a bit to see if you get more hi range / try 27k and 22k ... to get more low range you might try increasing the range pot to 1M ... no guarantees here
