Wiring noise gate with preamp

Hi!
I'm working on my version of TriAxis and I want to put Decimator G-string inside (like NG inside few Engl amps). I want to ask, how to connect everything to avoid ground loops? Gate, preamp and power supply have common ground. Which wire should have ground connect?
