As the title says - it's "buffered" bypass - not "true" bypass.
Title says nothing either about buffered or unbuffered bypass..

As it's expessed by OP:
my question is if the circuit is buffered, how would the wiring be?
makes me understand he wants to bypass a buffered circuit (by true, fake or whatever bypass method adjective..)
Can't see any reason for In & Out buffers to be wired right after and before IN & Out jacks respectively rather than PCB IN & OUT..
(unless of course, lugs 7 to 9 jumper wire DOES need buffering..)
