What would be a good method to increase the tremolo DEPTH in this circuit?

Reduce R12.

Do NOT reduce R11 (you could blow-up an irreplaceable chip.)

I dropped R12 down to 8.2k, it helped a little but not as much as I hoped. Is there anything else to try?
