NEWB PLEASE HELP

So I decided to start something fun during all this covid time. And I bought a pedal kit from AION. The kit is called the Andromeda which is based off the Nobles ODR-1.

And I failed..... 

Everything looks good. I'm positive the things are in the right places....

Bypassed it passes signal. When engaged theres no volume. Everything cranked I get hiss from the gain stage. AND A TINY TINY output going through.

Im at a loss on what too do... I wouldn't even know where to start testing to see where I went wrong....

Welp.... turns out im an idiot... had a transistor flipped around.

also welcome, also photos, also - you might as well start debugging anyway. measure the voltages on the transistors and post results, we'll mark your homework.
