Hiya, Rick! 

Sadly, though I'm buddies with Steve Bragg and Tom Freeman (one of the assemblers), and it's only a modest commute from my home, this is beyond the perimeter of my expertise or patience (or vision, when it comes to SMT).  But I do hope to get to know whomever ends up in the role, and I'm happy to ply them with interesting ideas.  I do like the emphasis on analog.  As impressed as I am with the Zoia, it's nice to know that Steve & Co. will continue to keep a foot in the analog world, and also nice to know business is good enough that a competitive salary can be provided.
