Any of you guys see this? I'm curious what you guys think from a feasibility of this for pedals given the filament resistance. Seems like it's probably good for most small circuits, as the filament resistance probably doesn't add many ohms more than some resistors have for tolerances.

Is my hypothesis grounded?

reading it through, it is quite a capable option as long as we stick to THT, i suspect the near future mainly holds SMD parts, and that's not easily done with printed boards.

the resistance may also cause oscillations in higher gain circuits, like fuzz pedals, especially Ge fuzzes, since they tend to be more prone to oscillations

friendly reminder: all holes are positive and have negative weight, despite not being there.
