Vector Deep Blue Delay clone issue

So I built the aion fx vector deep blue delay and everything seems to work, except when I turn the delay know past 1/3.
If I turn it last 1/3, it starts bugging out and making a drone type noise.
Even with no input, it starts clicking and making strange noises past 1/3.

Any suggestions?

go here, follow instructions, come back. post circuit diagram, layout diagram, voltage measures, photos of your build, please.

Duck is right. If you give us plenty of information, we can probably find the problem. Start with the debugging thread and take it one step at a time and we'll be able to get your pedal going.
