Deluxe Memory Man RevE Effects Loop Mod

I did the effects loop mod on my revE DMM big box. the problem i have is that the effected repeats dont start until the 2nd or 3rd echo. is there a different mod make it so the effected repeats occur on the first echo?

The DMMTt1100 & 550's do effected repeats starting on the first repeat. im trying to get this same feature in my big box DMM.

If you've got a link to the mod and the schematic for the pedal, we might be able to tell you. Without a bit more information, it's going to be guesswork.

Thanks Tom. I emailed you as all i have is the factory schematic. i haven't been able to find any previously documented mods anywhere online for the FX Loop, a friend gave me a couple ideas to try but im shooting in the dark. I dont mind sharing once its correct, if it can be achieved.
