Hi, new to this forum and could use some help.
I have a Fl301, but the IC106(voltage regulator) is blown. Where can I find a replacement.

Thanks!!

Regulator is identified as a MC78L12CP

The "MC" is just the maker. The "L" identifies the small TO92 package, not the power-tab package. (The pinouts are different.) "CP" is the old code for Commercial Plastic (as opposed to military or metal).

It looks like nobody uses the "CP" suffix today; there are more complex codes now.

You want a 78L12 in a TO-92 3-leg package.

You want to say where you are (UK? Can? Peru? HK?) so someone can suggest a good vendor accessible to you.
