From the mixer part of manufacturer's application note of the MN3011

Why is R2 33K needed?

What would happen if R2 was 0 ohms ?

Is this a Mixer + Multifeedback filter in one ?

iainpunk

1)to set the HF gain and keep squealing and radio interference at bay
2)squeal/oscillation because there is a capacitor to ground to the (-) input in an inverting opamp
3) it seems to be a MFB filter, but i guess one of the cutoff points is outside the audible range, not sure tho.

cheers
friendly reminder: all holes are positive and have negative weight, despite not being there.

Pardon me the rudeness but isn't preposterous to ask definitions for Panasonic/Mitsubishi manufactured device here..?? :icon_redface:
"I'm getting older while being taught all the time" Solon the Athenian..
"I don't mind  being taught all the time but I do mind a lot getting old" Antonis the Thessalonian..

R2 is a resistor.

R1 R2 C1 C2 are a 2-pole filter.

According to the water analogy of electricity, transistor leakage is caused by holes.
