Unipolar supply to +/-5V with LTT1054. Am I doing this right?

Then I suppose the last things for you to try could be :

A) Change gain of each band, to find best sound / noise setting. It is possible that lower gain will still give you acceptable performance.

B) Fine tune the coring diodes on the noisiest band. Like maybe Si + Ge

I went around changing diode combos, tried schottkys and just came back to 1n914s. Hah! Was worth a try. And I'm gonna go ahead and mount pots for the gain.

Think we got this thing as silent as it's gonna be. Boxed up, it should be even quieter.
