For a 5703WB, at a plate voltage of about 30v, can a bumped up LT1054 provide enough plate current for the job?

Plate voltage is usually less than supply voltage.

5703 at 30V can only suck 3mA. Having looked-up the obscure 5703, I'm too lazy to look-up LT1054.

From what I've read, the 1054 will put out a max of 100ma. If I triple the voltage, that should give roughly 1/3 the current, say about 30ma. Should suffice, unless I'm missing something.

I'm tracing out the Maxon TOD-9, which uses a 2374AD for the plate, and a NJM2387 for the heater. Lot's of parts, and a big honkin' 2.2a power supply along with that. I'm just wondering if I can simplify the arrangement with a 1054 and a 7806 for the heater.
