Small Cap from Base to Emitter?

I've been playing around with an old pioneer reverb unit and noticed the initial mixer/follower circuit has a 100p cap from the base to the emitter for both input transistors (Q101 & Q102).  Thoughts on why?

Also, 1k input resistors are for oscillation prevention..
