*Slightly* better to keep the tantalums.  The tantalums tend to last longer and they are desirable in a few positions (but modern electros are usually OK in those positions).

The 10uF cap in parallel with the 220uF cap at the top left should *not* be tantalum.   When I look at the PCB pics it looks like that cap is an electro so maybe the designer used tantalums everywhere except that position.
