Do SMD Polly caps suffer from the same DC-Bias Characteristic issues as ceramic?

New to SMD and dont want to revive the multiple TH Vs SMD threads I've come across here, I just wondered if SMD Polly caps suffer from the same DC-Bias Characteristic issues as ceramic ones?

I would not expect any DC Bias compensation from SMD Poly Film type caps, as they are primarily same as the through hole poly caps, that's the whole idea. so guessing you get the same attributes. They do cost a lot more though, even more than the through hole type poly caps. If its a cap without DC Bias you can still use a ceramic type, if you choose the C0G type ceramic SMD type caps, these ceramics generally cost extra but also do not have any DC Bias Characteristics with them, just have a feeling there capacitance sizes are somehow limited.

Searching through the forum, I found Rob Strand's explanation that the dc bias change in capacitance is correlated to physical size, and therefore very small SMD poly caps would be expected to have the same non-linearity.
