I found a capacitor "hook up" - pretty dang cheap

He says that for about 520 nonelectro caps, it'll be about 15 shipped.  That's pretty good, especially since I get to pick the values.  I'm going to get less than that, but I think it'll probably be just about as cheap.  He also sells drawer-cases for electronic components for 14 dollars.
