i need to make a volume pedal.

hi crew
i was wondering if anyone had a simple (for a beginner) circuit diagram to make a volume pedal. i've been looking everywhere and i can find everything but!! i seems to me to be a pretty simple gadget, why is it so rare?

Here you go.
you need a volume pot, whatever value you decide on. Your "in" jack is a mono jack and the "out" jack is a mono jack.
You go from the in jack "tip" to lug 3 of the pot. Lug 2 from the pot goes to the out jack "tip" and lug 1 from the pot goes to out jack ground.

There are other volume pedals that have parts in them to help with tone loss but this is your basic volume pedal.
