TS5 Schematic

Does anyone have a complete schematic of the Tube Screamer 5?  The one on the Schematics page has the parts numbered, but no part values, and it appears to be missing the voltage biasing section too.  Does anyone know which opamp it used?

Yep I was just reading that too...that made me wonder what parts in the voltage bias section were different from the TS9.  The opamp is probably some terrible sounding thing...definitely not a NJR JRC4558D or a TI RC4558P.
