MOSFET vs JFET clipping

Hi,

I was wondering for those who have oscilloscopes. How does the clipping in a MOSFET differ from a J-FET clipping? I know this is extremely vague question, as circuit design can really change how a transistor deals with overload. Just a simple gain stage Like a JFET one used in the Meteor minus any source bypass and a MOSFET one like one in the Massacre. Assuming that the circuit was set for approx the same gain/overload.

Comments?
