RG,

If you follow the link there's pictures of actual boards he has SOLD already (in the finished auctions), I'm pretty sure I've seen some of yours.

I can't let this draw too much of my energy, but I'm in on any action to be taken about it.

There's even the whole record of what he has sold and when.

Munky,
When we're ready to comunicate with this guy I'll contact you as a translator. I also will be writing a few lines in 'all' languages possible and I'll need your help with that.

Munky,

Tell that portugese-speaking bastard that if he doesn't stop breaking copyright laws, and especially on our stuff, he's gonna have a whole team of angry stompbox builders on his back! Plus or minus a hacker or two if I can get my future brother-in-law to help

This really pisses me off, man... It just ain't right to sell other people's stuff.
I don't like Holland. Nobody has the transistors I want.

I will help with all that I can do. When you want to talk with him, Francisco, tell me.

No offensive but you've mention "hacking" (which by the way is the wrong term for what your are talking about) on a couple of occassions. I don't think it appropriate to talk about it nor do I think it appropriate behavour. It is illegal and doesn't help anyone.

First of all, I don't want an argument, but I'll say this:

I myself also don't like hacking because I'm an innocent user of the internet. However, this guy is not being the most courteous of people by selling stuff without a license. Moreover I never intended to do some large-scale hacking, just removing the pages promoting these activities and replacing them with a warning plus my name and email adress (not published but in a comment in the HTML code).

The "hacking" as I referred to was intended as a warning and a reminder, not useless hacking like the other crap out there does.

I agree with you it doesn't help anyone, but I disagree that it is inappropriate to talk about it. Talking about "hacking" could actually produce some usefull results! ;) I know a guy who is an incredably smart and clever 'hacker'. He gets paid by banks and companies, to hack those companies and show them their weak spots.

But let's forget this, not create an argument and keep building like the friendly community we are ;)

But I still want to make a strong point that it ain't right to sell other people's stuff

I can't agree to malicious acts (hacking or otherwise). I just posted this because I found out and need some support from the comunity.

I'll be out of town from very early tomorrow until next year (going to the mountains, sort of, remember I'm in the tropic   )
So I don't want any problems with this or anything else. And I won't be able to check the forum or my email.

Happy new year!
