Uses for part? Clairex CLA60sb296

I saw these and thought I had seen them at small bear so got a couple but it looks like they are different. I can't make much of this information:

Look at CLM 120 that is the new part number for the component...
I emailed for a data sheet as I can't seem to google one.
If anyone has a good idea what these can be used for I'd love to know.
Maybe nothing, eh?
