OT: Super Strat PuP Switch

Just heard about these things.  does anyone know if they use standard 5-way switches with a DPDT mini, or somethine else.  And either way, does anyone know where a wireing shematic is?

the Deluxe Super Strat uses a standard 5-way together wth a SPDT push/push button to add the bridge pup to positions 4+5. The button is located between the two tone pots and darn hard to reach IMO. I dumped the button and use the bottom pot as blend pot for the bridge pup instead.
