anyone want to check this schematic for me

ok i need a second set of eyes.. here i have traced out the basics of the flash circuit i was using  and here it is.

i plan on updating this. wanted to see if anyone had any ideas  was thinking about simply going with the diode ladder thing. but was unsure of results.

any ideas welcome
