Hotbox Help Needed

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me who has built this or is familiar with the project.On the layout on JD's site (see link below)  there  are three letter Bs with arrows . The letter A goes to V1 Pin 6. I am not sure where the 3 letter Bs would go.  Also any recommendations on how to house this one? I am considerign either a Half Rack or Slope Hammond box.

print out the schematic as cross-reference. It also has A's and B's, and should clear things up nicely. Connects to two different points in the high-voltage supply.
All the warnings on high-voltage wiring apply - seriously. If there's any doubt whatsoever in your mind, do NOT do it.
