Amplifier questions (Ruby build)

Hi guys,
Very nice job on the 'Ruby' amp djmartins2!

I built a little gem the other day but it didnt work(i think my chip is screwed). I really want to have a little amp just to muck around with, and yours looks perfect!

Where did you get the schematic for that particular amp? Sounds pretty simiar to the little gem except what is the FET for?

Hi Ed,

This is just a runoffgroove Ruby amp!
There is a great writeup on thier webpage.
On your little gem, check the wiring,
check the component values, check your solder joints.
Those chips are pretty hardy, don't think the chip is
bad until you've checked everything else!
