many thanks to Aron, the folks at GEO & others here, for those wierd little secrets like how to disengage the battery, using pad-per-hole, etc.

This was fun, going to make a Fat Boost (AMZ mini boost) and a Matchbox from Runoffgroove next..got all the parts just need the time.

Let's see if I can figure out how to put a photo here...

Thanks, JD, I bought the case already painted at a local place (Norvac, Beaverton OR) for about $11. Yellow is good old Krylon, with some clear lacquer (taped the box with masking tape & cut the letters out with a X-Acto, then sprayed).

thats a nice lookin case and for that price already painted, That's a Great Deal !

Hi Pete, the Son of Screamer shows up in the end of the "Technology of the Tubescreamer" article at Geo.

It's on Jack Orman's AMZ CDROM (which I do not have) also.

Sounds great. As you can see have symmetrical clipping with 1N914s but I plan to try plugging in a pair of 1N34As to try it out (hence the socketed items in the feedback loop)
