The jack's plastic threads have finally stripped and the outer nut no longer tightens. Is there a direct replacement from Mouser etc. for this jack or should I get a just regular a switchcraft jack and solder wires from the jack to the board? If Mouser has it, what jack type would it be found under (other than 1/4, enclosed, mono, etc)?

$3.96 from Dunlop, 3rd item down on the list.

Or you could use a Switchcraft 111 or 112b metal open frame jack. The Dunlop uses the same stereo jack for both input and output. My guess is they don't utilize the ring on the output stereo jack. Replacing the jack with a Switchcraft 111 or 112b metal open frame jack could be done, but I don't know if there is enough room so it doesn't interfere with the board.

Well, silly me would have never considered looking at the Dunlop site.  I was afraid I would have to pillage the Mouser catalogue or worse, ship from Stewart Castledine's UK site.

Thanks Fret!

BTW: Stewart makes some of the coolest wah PCB's I have ever seen.

I'm surprised that none of the US pedal guys have incorporated this into their business.
