anyone know how to make it sound right?
it has the right tonalitly...just lacks fartiness!
sounds like a brite overdrive...i asume its the bias...
any help?

its starting to sound better now that ive taken the "edge"of the battery...
didnt think that would be a factor since its only 1.5v to begin with!
nice looking pedal btw...
all point to point on strip board!
even has the fiberglass lining (looks to be faux fiberglass to avoid itching!)
we'll see how it goes...
i imagine theres not much time spent testing the trannies on these guys...so they probably differ from unit to unit as much as the originals!
im basicly looking for the "mutantes" sound...
anyone know what that dude was using?
im thinking that was a straight to the board outing...

Ive owned and sold 3 of these. I think there was only one that really sounded good to me. I didnt mess w it much to get it to sound better--not sure what i would modd if i did. Id take it back and buy good trannies from smallbear and make your own. I just built a 3 knob tone bender- awsome!

yeah...i have a tonebender...i just cant find a good 60's psych fuzz...
mabey a fuzzrite clone is the way to go...
